Time to file a small claims lawsuit

Macy's Customer Service is the worst of any company I've dealt with in recent years. I purchase 2 mattress covers and discovered that they were the wrong size and returned them and purchase others that were the correct size. It's been a month and I still haven't received the refund. MACY'S acknowledged the return via email. I used PayPal but they will not issue a PayPal credit to my account - They stated that the refund will be an EGC - (electronic gift card) but I've received nothing.

The perfect topper

Got this on the recommendation of my aunt. She and her daughter and granddaughter all have one…and now, I do too! Cushey and soft it solved the issue of a very tufted mattress causing discomfort.
