Plant died in one week

It says guaranteed to grow or they will send you a new one. Customer service giving me the run around and not responding.

She’s a beaut, I’m glad I got it. I had to return the first one that was shipped but the second one looks lovely. I sprayed it down to prevent any spider mites from spreading to my other plants and isolated it just to be sure it doesn’t have any pests or insects. I love her and I’ll recommend you buy it. I’ll give an update in two weeks or a month.
