Poorly made gift!

Bought these for my husband for a Christmas gift, he opened them on 12/24, today 1/5, they are completely ruined from basic walking around our small home! The seams are splitting from the soles of the foot towards the toes, the white fluffy material is already abysmal looking. He wore them literally 5 days (a few hours each time, mostly sitting) and we will have to trash them! I would like a refund but I can’t figure that out. Super disappointed.

Nice pair of slippers

I bought these for my husband. He says they are comfortable but were a little snug. I would say to go up a size from your regular size. But otherwise, a very nice slipper.
