Most horrible item I have ever bought from Macys

This is a horrible shoe, if I can give zero that is what I will give. I received the shoes worn, and ripped, I returned them right away over month ago and I still have not been credited for it, I have called Macy's several times and I was told the seller doesn't want to give me my money back.
