Said DELIVERED, but NEVER received from Macy’s.

It said it was delivered but I checked with the lobby and they said they did not receive it. It never came. I asked for a refund from Macy’s, but they said 30 days passed already and you can no longer get one.

Scratchy, cheap fabric

The second I touched it, it was going back. With all the wonderful soft fabrics available, why would anyone make a scarf with this scratchy, horrible material.
