Incorret Order

Instead of getting a shampoo and a conditioner bottle, I received two conditioner bottles.

hair loss

It made my hair fall out in chunks. I do not recommend!

Worth the price.

Could immediately see a difference in my hair. Hair became softer and not as dry. Conditioner made my hair silky and shiny. Also bought the replenishing moisture cream as well, kept my hair more manageable and helped with humidity.

Didn't arrive and no refund issued

Product never arrived. Customer service was very unhelpful, and made me wait 30 days before they would issue a replacement, which they said would have expedited shipping—and it never arrived either. Totally regret attempting to buy this through Macy's, particularly because it was a gift and the recipient ultimately never received it, even many weeks later.
