Love

This pan is super awesome. I love the handle. It is definitely very heavy but it’s a very durable product and I’m so excited that I got this. I will use it again again.

Disappointed

Very disappointed although I had high hopes for this pan. Cooked steaks only once and after that it got rusty. Looked at the original price and I don't think it's worth it at all.

Easy to cook with

Great to add to the pan lineup

The Alva carbon steel frying pan is a heavy and durable small frying fan (9 inches). It changed colors the first time we used it, which I have heard happens sometimes with these types of pans. My partner reports that it was decently nonstick and was also easy to clean.

Amazing!

I love this. So durable and very well made. Great non stick pan and wash to clean. I love the handle and how it’s hammered so it’s very easy to grip and hold on to. This is a great size to stir fry some veggies!

Sturdy

Beautiful pan, very heavy and sturdy. I hadn’t used a carbon steel pan before but it’s good for cooking new food. Definitely have to work on the seasoning layers more but I’m excited to do so

It’s worth the money

I love this pan!!!!! this pan is perfect. It’s so easy to clean. The heat just producing is perfect. It gives me a great sear on all my meats that I cook. I would definitely buy this product for that price. Going to buy a matching lid here soon love it.

Non stick

Very durable non stick pan. Used to make omelettes. No sticking and slid right out of pan! :) I hand washed this so as not damage the non stock coating. Also, the pan is on the heavier side.
