It performs well! Had to get used to stainless steel pans and waiting for it to heat up completely so the food doesn’t stick but overall nice and thick pan! I love using bf stainless steel pans for my family knowing no toxins like in other pans!

A great quality pan!
I’ve been using this pan for over a month now and I absolutely love it! It’s very sleek and has a nice weight to it, it definitely feels like it’s good quality. It cooks anything from eggs to veggies to meat like a dream! Plus it cleans up really well.

It’s really great pan, nothing sticks to it,also as you can see I used it a lot and still looks like brand new. I wash it in dishwasher all the time. I mean what else do you need from frying pan

Great stainless steel pan
Love stainless steel pans, a great safe alternative to nonstick pans. That being said there is a bit of a learning curve and it takes more time and effort to keep the food from sticking to the pan. This pan is in the smaller side so perfect for side dishes or single servings. I wish it came with a lid that could help with steaming.

Ruined pan
This pan is beautiful but it’s not really non-stick. I just warmed some chicken nuggets and vegetarian sausage and it totally stained the pan! I’ll have to see how to get the marks off

Response from influenster.com
Hi there, Thank you for sharing your experience with us. I’m sorry to hear about the marks you noticed after warming your food, and I appreciate you taking the time to let us know. From the photo, this looks like normal food residue and heat marks rather than permanent staining. Our stainless steel pans are not coated non-stick, so some browning or sticking—especially with pre-cooked or breaded foods—is expected and does not indicate a defect. To remove these marks, we recommend: Allowing the pan to cool completely Adding warm water and a small amount of dish soap Gently scrubbing with a non-abrasive sponge For more stubborn spots, a stainless-steel–safe cleaner or a paste of baking soda and water usually lifts the residue easily. he good news is that these marks are cosmetic only and won’t affect the performance or longevity of your pan. With regular use and cleaning, the surface will continue to cook beautifully. Best regards, Alva Cookware Support
Chef quality pan
This is a very sturdy pan. I have had pan that lost the handle in the past but this one will never do that. It is very heavy and the material is very good quality, the silver is so shiny. Perfect size for cooking a medium size meal. Instructions say to always use low or medium so maybe your food will not be cooked fast but it will. It get burned for sure. I cooked this chicken breast with ham and cheese and it did a pretty good job. This is chef quality pan. Not hard to wash at all.

Great Pan!
I’ve been wanting a stainless steel pan so I was super excited to try this out. I love the size and how sleek it looks. It was super easy to clean and I was able to fit a pretty large steak. The sear was perfect!

Learn how to use it
I really like this pan overall, but there was definitely a learning curve at first. When I first started using it, everything kept sticking and I was honestly frustrated. After doing a little research, I realized stainless steel needs to be preheated properly before adding oil and food. Now I let the pan heat up for a few minutes, then add oil, let the oil heat, and then add my food. Since doing that, it cooks beautifully and gives a really nice sear. Heat distribution is even and it feels very sturdy and high quality. The only downside for me is cleaning. If something sticks, it can take some soaking and scrubbing to get it fully clean. It’s not impossible, but it does require a little extra effort compared to nonstick pans. Overall though, once you learn how to use it correctly, it’s a great pan.
