Excellent Quality Pan – Heats Evenly and Built to Last I’m very happy with my Alva Black Angus carbon steel frying pan. It heats up quickly and evenly, giving food a nice sear without sticking once seasoned properly. The pan feels sturdy and well-balanced, with a comfortable handle that doesn’t get too hot. After a few uses, it developed a natural nonstick surface, and cleanup is simple with just hot water and a wipe. Perfect for everyday cooking—great quality for the price!

I really love how smooth this pan is. It’s really nonstick and so everything just glides smoothly across. I like the way that the steak comes out a little bit crisp. It works really well. However, cleaning this has been pain. When I cooked the steak for the first time, a lot of the food got stuck on it. I followed the instructions and I did not use any scouring pads and did not soak it in water however, after the very first wash, the pan was discolored. However, I continue to use it and I’m hoping for the best. But I really am disappointed in how it got discolored after the first wash.

This pan is stunning! Extremely sturdy. My sister is the cook in this house so she made some amazing streak amd potatoes in that pan. Worth every penny! (If I'd bought it lol) Love that it came go from frying on the stove top to roasting in the oven. Just a stunning pan! All I can say is WOW!

This is my first time using a carbon steel pan, and the Alva Black Angus frying pan has really impressed me. It feels solid and well-made with a nice weight to it — definitely gives off a high-quality, professional feel. Once seasoned, it developed a smooth surface that cooks beautifully. Food releases easily, and I’ve gotten amazing sears and crisp textures that I never managed with my nonstick pans. The handle stays cool while cooking, which I love, and it’s surprisingly easy to clean. After a quick rinse and light oiling, it’s ready to go again. I did notice a slight color change in a few spots after cleaning, and since this is my first time using this type of material, I’m not sure if that’s normal — but it doesn’t affect how it performs at all. This is my new favorite frying pan!! The weight is perfect and very durable! It’s pre-seasoned and ready to use. The seasoning is healthy and natural and provides a nonstick layer. Everything I have fixed has cooked evenly and cleanup was super quick and easy! Also, it comes with a 25 year guarantee!!! You have to try this frying pan because you have nothing to lose!!!
