Very poor service

Macys need to up their customer service skills, I’ve talked to customer support 3 different times. I have yet to receive my refund on this item, it was received back on December 5th and I’m still waiting. 2 reps were going to follow up and personally give me a call back “No Call” I’m so disappointed at this point and tired of waiting!! Please credit me back!!
