Parts ordered and have not received yet

I ordered these chargers the same time I ordered my Christmas place setting. I have received the Christmas plates cups etc and still no chargers. Christmas is almost here and I will not get to use them. I don’t know where they are. It reads UPS has not picked them up yet. I’m not at all happy with the outcome of this order. I say every year I will not order anything on line and here I go and do it again. I expect more from such a high end store as Macys.

Poorly packaged

I had ordered 3 sets of these - all came in one package. It might just be plastic but there was nothing to protect it. By the time I opened couple of the plates were broken apart. Had to return it.

Terrible Customer Service

What I received IS NOT what is shown on your web page. Items received are cheap looking, and cost much less than what your website shows, and getting a refund is impossible, horrible CUSTOMER SERVICE
