Cheaply made

Super cute design, but for the price it’s not worth it. We sent it back the same day we received it. Handle feels like it will snap off at any second and doesn’t pull up smoothly. The outer material of the luggage is super flimsy and doesn’t seem well made… we could also see glue and loose stitching coming apart around the outer shell. Only giving 2 stars for the look of it.
