Batters didn't work

The app does not exist and there is no website. Also the batteries it came with did not work

NOT AS ADVERTISED.

The batteries didn't work that came with the scale. The scale does not sync to my Iphone. There is no app and also no website that I can find that can answer a question about syncing. Should have read the reviews and I would have seen that this is incorrectly advertised.

Doesn't work

There isn't an iOS Appl for this scale . Do not buy this scale it is a waste of money . If I could rate it a zero I surely would.

Horrible!

Made it easier to exchange item! Scale has a short in it! Haven’t had it a week. Would prefer to exchange item. But it’s almost impossible to speak with a customer service rep over the phone.

Doesn't work

Received scale, used batteries that came with the scale but they didn't work. Used two new batteries but scale kept reading LO. Will be returning because doesn't work.

Does not have iOS APP

There isn't a working website for this scale, nor an iOS app to go with it. Please do not buy if all you have are Apple devices
