Stone fell out of the setting!

I received this necklace on 7/30. It’s 8/11 and the stone fell out of the setting! Luckily I found the stone but will be returning the pieces!

Silver plated not 14k

Pretty, but falsely advertised as 14k gold. Both the chain - which is not like the one pictured - and the pendant are stamped 925. I double-checked with an online Style Expert to make sure I was reading this correctly, but nope, it's wrong. When I contacted Customer Service they apologized and said the wrong item(s) were sent and they would send the correct, but....there is no similar item in gold so I really have no faith that this isn't just a bait and switch. Pretty, but not what was advertised. Returning.

This necklace came with a chain that looked nothing like the picture. The chain looked like tarnished silver and much smaller than the one advertised. I returned it!

Not Gold

I ordered a sapphire and that is what arrived. Not amethyst. Chain is sterling not gold. It is beautiful but not what is advertised.

I DIDN'T RECEIVE GOLD

The necklace is very pretty, the pendant is beautiful, but I always check the hallmark of the jewelry to confirm the authenticity of the gold, and... surprise, I did not receive a 14k chain as advertised, I received Italian 925 silver and the design of The string is not the same as the one shown. Total disappointment, I was very excited to receive my citrine chain at such a good price. But I bought gold, not silver. I returned it.
