Stone fell out of the setting!

I received this necklace on 7/30. Itā€™s 8/11 and the stone fell out of the setting! Luckily I found the stone but will be returning the pieces!

Silver plated not 14k

Pretty, but falsely advertised as 14k gold. Both the chain - which is not like the one pictured - and the pendant are stamped 925. I double-checked with an online Style Expert to make sure I was reading this correctly, but nope, it's wrong. When I contacted Customer Service they apologized and said the wrong item(s) were sent and they would send the correct, but....there is no similar item in gold so I really have no faith that this isn't just a bait and switch. Pretty, but not what was advertised. Returning.

This necklace came with a chain that looked nothing like the picture. The chain looked like tarnished silver and much smaller than the one advertised. I returned it!
