Pretty but Loosing stones

The ring is nice as it looks online/pics. Its lightweight & comfortable. I've had it for a couple pf months, wear it on & off daily...I have already lost 2 of the "diamonds". I work a desk job so nothing crazy! other than the quality failing already so soon, it's as pictured.
