Poor Quality Zipper(s)

After less than one year and little rough treatment, the main compartment zipper failed.

Liked the bag but shoulder strap broke off first day of use

My son loved the bag but the strap broke off first day of use. I see others have had the same problem. Bag is wonderful but shoulder strap is inferior. Contacted manufacturer and am being sent a new strap.

Nice Bag

Bag is very nice but strap broke after 1 week of use. Bag crashed to floor in airport damaging laptop. They replaced strap but still have damaged computer

Mixed Emotions

Very very unhappy. Main issue: I purchased this bag to fit my new 17.3" computer. After only a few days with this bag and new computer, the shoulder strap broke, causing the bag (and computer) to crash down to the concrete. The strap end-clip came off of the metal loop. Now, I have a nice big dent on my computer, and Kenneth Cole wasn't willing to do anything about it, except to offer me a new strap... not cool. I really like the bag and its features, but am terribly jaded by the devastating quality issue, and Kenneth Cole's inability to stand behind their product. For that reason, I have to give one star. If you buy, please ensure that your end-clips don't slide out through the hole!

Very nice laptop briefcase

Purchased this because i got a larger laptop. I really like all the pockets and the large laptop pocket. Have found this bag to be well made and is easy to carry.
