Earrings smaller than advertised!

Great quality and speedy delivery but the earrings were way smaller than advertised/as shown on model. My GF normally wears stacks, the large version of this earring is what she'd wear as a medium and (if this earring had it) the XL version of this set would be her large. I was expecting hoops in those sizes but they came in way smaller than expected. Overall the Ana Luisa earrings look really great on her. She's happy, so I'm happy.

Order Not Received

I received emails saying that the item was shipped & delivered to the Macy's store address in Monroeville, PA. The tracking number confirmed delivery to the store. However, when I contacted the store, they said the item would have been shipped to my home, as there is no suite no. listed on the address and further, that the seller ships directly to the customer. When I placed the order online, there was no option to have it delivered to my home. The store address automatically pre-populated on the order. When I tried to reach out to the seller, I got a nonsensical outgoing message that said, "...configure your numbers voicemail URL to change this message," the call then abruptly disconnected. There were no other options given. Not even to leave a message! According to the Rep at Macy's, I will have to wait 5 days from my attempt to contact the seller for a refund to be initiated. Who conducts business like this? This has been a horrible experience and both have lost a customer!
