Help with opening eRrings

Love the earrings except I can never get them open to put in my ears. Any suggestions?

Sorry to hear you're having trouble opening the earrings! We'd recommend placing your index finger on each ends of the post, while your middle fingers and thumbs help hold the rest of the earring in place. Once you have a steady grip on the earring, pull opposite ends apart. Hope this helps! Heavy.

Very heavy, and tight around the lobe. Can’t wear for a long time because they are heavy.
