No Tug, is true! Great for mature ladies eyes

Best eyeliner I have ever used. I will NEVER use another brand again. The name It Cosmetics NO TUG Eyeliner holds true. I used it yesterday for the first time, guess what, NO TUG!! I am 60 years so my eyes have age related loss of elasticity. When I use other eye liners they pull me eyes and then the lines are distorted. It ends up looking cheap and janky. I put this on, used a small brush to lightly smudge, and it looked fantastic. I applied my makeup at 10am. When I washed my face at 9pm I would guess 75% of it was still in place right where I put it. I intend to purchase a couple of other colors. Like I said, I will never buy another brand of eyeliner, so I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS IT NO TUG EYELINER.
