This retractable mechanical pencil has a thick, triangular tip that outlines brows and fills sparse areas in one fluid motion. The smooth formula glides effortlessly to offer coverage and define, while the soft-bristled end blends edges. Available in 12 shades.

  • Product Features

    • HOW TO USE:
    • Begin by exposing only a small amount of product (about 2-3 millimeters); this allows for maximum control of the brow pencil and prevents overextension when applying the product
    • Remember all Anastasia Beverly Hills products are highly pigmented, so little pressure is required
    • Start by defining the eyebrow shape; using the spoolie end of Brow Definer, comb brow hairs upward
    • Then, using the flat edge of the pencil, outline the bottom of the brow from arch to tail
    • Next, comb brow hairs downward and outline the top of the brow from arch to tail using the flat edge
    • Comb brow hairs back in place and fill in the brow from arch to tail using the medium edge of the pencil; blend using the spoolie
    • Using the fine tip of the pencil, detail the front of the brow by creating hairlike strokes; starting at the base of the front of the brow, press the tip down and pull up in the direction of hair's growth
    • Use this technique throughout areas of sparseness; continuously blend throughout application
    • Pro Tips:
    • Use the fine tip to create hairlike strokes by applying light pressure and swiping in the direction of hair's growth
    • For a quick, on-the-go brow makeup application, use the flat side of the pencil to outline the top and the bottom of the brow, shade in the center of the brow and blend
    • Keep Brow Definer sharp by lightly swiping the tip on a piece of paper
    • Start by exposing a small amount of product, then gently run the widest side of the eyebrow pencil in an up-and-down motion on a flat sheet of paper; this will restore its shape and refresh the tip and sides

Makeup changes with age.

I can in looking for a eyebrow pencil that will go with my now graying hair. I felt my current color was now to dark. Makeup expert was able to make a few color recommendations. Which were more then I assumed I had. Needless to say I chose one and satisfied with the change.

The absolute best brow pencil on the market!

I've been using Anastasia Beverly Hills for years! I am so impressed with this eyebrow pencil! Unlike other brands I have tried, this pencil is super sturdy and does not break during application. It has an easy glide-on application that makes it simple to draw precise, natural-looking hairs without pulling or tugging.The staying power is incredible, too. It completely stays in place even with sweating, so I never have to worry about my brows wiping off during a workout or a hot day. It is definitely worth every penny!

Great brow pencil, but breaks!

I bought this just over one month ago. Considerable pieces of the end have broken off three separate times. It is now broken to the point it’s used up. It is a fantastic brown pencil, but for the price and the quality of the pencil, I will not purchase again.

The best brow liner. Does not smudge!

This brow liner is excellent for creating smooth, defined brows with precision. It glides on effortlessly and has long staying power. It lasts all day without smudging. I always get lots of compliments on my eyebrows

Great brow pencil!

Great brow pencil that I continue to go back to after trying other brands. I would highly recommend the Anastasia brow pencil - I am blonde and order the Taupe color. It’s not too dark and not too light either, looking natural.
