sparkle face not eyes

Terrible fall out of sparkles. No sparkles left of eye lids, all ended up on the face. Eye shadow primer does not help.

My Go To favorite eyeshadow palette

Cosmos eye palette is absolutely beautiful. The colors, the texture, the durability of each eyeshadow are vibrant and lasts the whole day. Ever since purchasing it, I use it either everyday or every other day. It's one of the palette I take along on my vacation trips too. From a woman who purchased many different palettes, from cheap to very expensive, this is well worth it. You won't regret buying it!
