Defective item was sent

I bought 2 eye shadow pallets, and both were delivered with the same broken cells which means it was a defective batch.

I bought this pallet a couple months ago and I love it. I use it all the time. The glitters are my all time favorite and I use them all the time but recently today when I went to go use my pallet all of the pick glitter fell out of the pallet and it fell all over me. This happened with the blue shade too where it just crumbled and fell out lucky not all fell out and I was able to pack it in but it still made a mess and it was just an inconvenience to clean up. I love the pallet but just please improve on the shadows inside. Thank you.

LOVE this palette!

My husband bought me this palette for my birthday and I had to order another one for back up. I love the colors. The only issue I had was just a little fallout of the glitter shadows. I learned a long time ago to always buy a back up for something that you like. You never know when the item will be discontinued :)

Perfect palate!

When I first got this I was wondering if I liked it. After using it daily I can’t imagine not having it! I hope it’s always available. The colours are warm and very flattering. The nude is the best base! No fallout and wears till I take it off. You will not be disappointed!

Sparkly pretty sweet

This is the best eyeshadow it’s a little sparkly, but not too much and it stays on and it goes on nice.
