DAMAGED BOX, BROKEN ITEM

I received the item with a really in a really battered shipping box, opened the box and right way peices started rattling when I tried to lift items out.

I opened the package excited to use these for our guests and found food residue on several items. Is disguising and so disappointing. How sad that my favorite store is charging for the worst

never buy this one

Do NOT buy this ！！！I got my hand cut and bleeding badly while using it. The glass bowl arrived cracked, but it wasn’t obvious at first — I didn’t notice the damage until I took it out, and that’s when I got hurt! I contacted Macy’s customer service, and they only offered me a $10 compensation, which is totally unacceptable. Very disappointed and frustrated with both the product quality and the after-sales service!
