Glass Shattered

The box arrived via UPs intact with the contents completely shattered. My preference would have been to replace the item as opposed to completely refund that was offered

Using AH for over 50 years

Big fan of AH for years. The only reason I don’t give this a 5 is because it was a gift and the bowl was broken.

Item did not arrive

UPS said item was damaged during transit and returned it automatically to Macy’s. Manufacturer needs to have better packaging to avoid this as several others have posted about the same issue

Anchor Hocking Bakeware

I love the set, but unfortunately one of the pieces were broken during shipping and they were no longer available for me to get a reshipment!! Bummed out about that!

Not packaged well

The glassware set is a Christmas gift so I can’t share a whole lot about it yet. But I know it came in a cardboard box approx 3 x the size of the set. The set box was cut open and there were lids and things from the set loose in the shipping box.
