never buy this one

Do NOT buy this ！！！I got my hand cut and bleeding badly while using it. The glass bowl arrived cracked, but it wasn’t obvious at first — I didn’t notice the damage until I took it out, and that’s when I got hurt! I contacted Macy’s customer service, and they only offered me a $10 compensation, which is totally unacceptable. Very disappointed and frustrated with both the product quality and the after-sales service!
