Worn out coat

I was very upset with my first online order from Bloomingdale's. Coat from Andrew Marc - I received worn out coat, it has been worn for at least one season, with dirty marks on the collar and knit storm cuffs covered with fuzz and lint.

Runs very small

This coat runs very small. I usually wear a medium to large and the large fit more like a small. The fur collar was sort of sparse.

I got this coat for my daughter and she doesn't like anything but she fell in love with this coat. The fit, the style , the warmth , its perfect !

Best collar

Love the real fur collar. Hood is a little big, but when buttoned is functional. Knit cuffs help to keep wind out. Not very bulky, warm but not heavy. Runs small. Had to exchange for a larget size
