Beautiful hat even for small heads

It is a beautiful adjustable hat! I have the smallest head and it fit me perfectly.

Fragile

I received my hat, I was surprised how fragile it was. Although very beautiful, it is not a hat you would wear to the beach or to the pool. It is the type of hat you would wear to an outdoor dinner or social event.
