Manufacturer cant be bothered with instructions

The headboard needs to be assembled. There are no instructions on how to do this. I spoke to 3 persons at customer service and finally was told the company does not send instructions and I should look it up online! I am returning this product because the manufacturer is irresponsible by not giving the customer a positive successful purchase. Customer service at Bloomingdales leaves a lot to be desired. It went from one department sending me to another department and then that department wanting to transfer me back. The second person put me on hold and then the survey kicked in and I was disconnected. The second person told me she did not know what to do. Finally the third person told me to look for instructions online. This will be returned and I will not purchase anything from Bloomingdales again.

Love this headboard!

I'm so happy with the purchase of this headboard. The quality of the fabric was a pleasant surprise and it was easy to assemble with hardware and tools provided. The navy blue fabric is very rich looking. I highly recommend this headboard. My gal Sal
