Our 4 inch snowman looks really cute in his black top hat that is trimmed with a red ribbon and holly berry accent on the hatband. His stick arms have red mittens on them and his fringed green scarf is nestled tightly about his neck. Black buttons and a carrot nose add an air of whimsy to this snowman.
