Misleading ad

Bought the blue tankini top—NO STRAP included! The pink photo shows one, but customer service says the blue version doesn’t come with it. Misleading ad and they refused to send a strap. As a long time customer of Macy's I was very disappointed

Size XL barely fit. Cup size was good but overall top way too small for XL. Usually wear size 14
