Shoulder ties are loose

The dress fits well however the shoulder ties are not tight and come loose. I have to retie it when I wear it.

Dress delivered with security tag on.

I am sure I can go to a store to get it removed, but really! the whole point of buying online is not to halve to go to Mall. I even tried calling customer service, which is all automated and they redirected me to mattress department, I had said Dresses. I hate talking to a box and not a person. The dress is fine unless it rips before I get the security tag off. So the poor rating is for my inconvenience.

This cover up is so vibrant in color. Very pretty. The fit is true to size. I only wish that they would have to a slip underneath. You can wear this for a day on the beach or dinner.
