The coat is a bit longer than the pic indicates. Having a hard time getting to returning it, cannot print return label, keeps asking me to log in. I was not logged in when I purchased. Frustrating!

Nice coat

The style. The coat is as described and I really like it except for the buttons. I am not very fond of the color. I would not have purchased if it was described along with the other description.

Belted Raincoat arrived to home without belt

Ordered Ann Klein belted raincoat to be delivered to my home. It arrived without the belt ! High end products sent without inspecting before shipping is poor customer service and a bad look for Ann klein and Macy's. I dont get a replacement either since store is out of this coat now.

Bring on the rain!

The coat is great!! The fit and length are perfect. I tied the belt in the back and removed the hood and it’s exactly what I wanted.
