Beautiful Cardigan Jacket but not white as shown

I appreciate the quick delivery on my purchase. The picture shows this cardigan jacket to be white with red trim. I love this style and looked forward to receiving it. However, it's hard to describe the color but it certainly was NOT white with the red. I'll try to explain the color is between a tint of pink or maybe cream but certainly not white! Very disappointed!
