Cyrstal Clip -On Earrings

Earrings sent were for pierced ears. Spoke with customer service and they said they would send me the Crystal clip on. New pair same problem, not clips. I know this is a small purchase but it is so hard to find pretty clip earrings. I was very disappointed especially after speaking to customer service, I had high hopes for receiving the right pair.

WRONG DESCRIPTION!!

DESCRIBED AS CLIP ON GOT PIERCED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
