Confusion

On 09/28/2025, I was placing an order for earrings when the website appeared to go crazy. I do not remember exactly what happened; however, I became convinced that something was wrong so I decided to cancel the order and begin anew. Apparently, my original order had already been split into 4646373640 and 4646373641. Order #4646373640 was cancelled successfully, but #4646373641 remained in force. As a result, I received two identical pairs of BLING earrings. I believe this type of fiasco is why I stopped doing business with Macy's. Many years ago, I had a Macy's credit card and used it regularly. I seem to remember closing my account after similar problems.
