Anne Klein bangle

I called to say I did not receive this item as stated and you asked me to keep the item after refunds; that’s an insult on my person because you are indirectly saying I got the item, I request an apology for this loose speech . If I got the item why would I say I did not? And if I got it after refunds I would return it. I am sure you never sent out this item because I paid my bill in September and the item was outstanding saying to be received August 7 which has passed , now you dropped comment that item received August 7 . If this is how you insult your customers I am an exception.
