Clasps not opening.

Beautiful bracelet but unable to figure out , how to open. Will be returning it.

Ridiculous clasp

This is such a beautiful bracelet but the clasp mechanism does not open. So annoyed as it would have matched my dress perfectly. Unfortunately, I didn’t read the reviews first as many people seem to have the same issue.
