ANNE KLEIN TOTE BAG

This is a very nice quality bag and has a lot of room on the inside for all my items. I have a couple other Anne Klein purses and have been very happy with all of them. I like the side slots to put my glasses in. The middle zipper pocket is perfect to put items in I don't need to get to a lot. I did read one review that the purse they received didn't have the Anne Klein lion logo. The purse I received came with the name Anne Klein at the top and the small hanging piece is just plain. But it's the exact same purse. Not exactly sure why the web page picture shows the logo unless it's either a newer or older picture and just hasn't been changed out yet.

I can't really give a review. I was sent a tiny little purse instead of the large tote bag. So i returned it.

Make sure...

That you get what you ordered. I was sent a different handbag with the identical UPC as the bag pictured here. Even though customer service told me that they'd send me the correct bag, I was not successful in getting the right bag sent to me after returning the package. Macys sent me a merchandise credit instead of issuing a refund. Had to call customer service to get it all straightened out. Would have preferred that Macys sent me the correct handbag instead of a refund, but oh well...
