First, I am pleased with the packing of my coat from New York. It was on a hanger and in a bag neatly placed in the box. Clean looking and in great shape. In the past, I have received coats from Macy’s with hair /lint all over them and they were thrown into the box without ant care. Secondly, the coat is beautiful and fits perfectly. I was a little concerned that the PXS would be too small with little room for heavy clothing but I was wrong. I love the wool, lining and buttons on the coat. This coat looks great on my small frame, defines my small waist and is very classy looking. The stitching is good and for the price the coat is put together very well. After months of searching for the perfect coat I have found it. I am very happy with my purchase.

I'm 5' 1", 110 lbs with a petite frame and usually order PS clothes. I read a lot of comments and tried multiple coats (London Fog, Kenneth Cole, Michael Kors) before deciding to buy this one. Size: This coat runs slightly large. Lengths of PS and PXS were the exact same. However, the arms of PS one were too long and loose for me. PXS is snug enough to wear a sweater inside which is what I was looking for. The arms of PXS one are slightly long but that's okay because I like my coats to cover a part of my palms. Style: Like I mentioned, I tried different coats - London Fog Double-Breasted Peacoat, Kenneth Cole Peacoat and Michael Kors Petite Wool-Blend Hooded Walker Coat in PXS and PS. While others felt bulky and straight-fitted, this Anne Klein coat is just slightly tapering at the waist, giving the appearance of an hourglass figure. I got A LOT of compliments for the Red one so I returned to buy one in Black. Now I use Red for when I hang out with friends and black for work. :D Color/Material: I got 2 of these - Black and Red (both PXS). Black one has a rich pink lining and red one has black lining. Overall material feels luxurious unlike the feeling I got when I tried other brands. One of my pet-peeves is when coats have really cheap shiny buttons. I'm very happy that these coats don't! The black buttons on both coats are good and don't seem to be loose. I love the Red color - it's more like Cherry red and definitely NOT bright blood-red but bright enough to not pass as maroon. Idk how else to describe it. Just looks perfect! Hope this helps!

I was very pleased with this coat. I am 5'2, this coat fits me perfectly.
Nice casual coat
Though it is Petite the sleeves were still too long. Loved the color and style. Cut was flattering. If Petite then should reflect Petite sizing.

I own two of this gorgeous coat. One was in black and the other was grey and I love both. I love the materials. It really keeps you warm.
Beautiful Coat
I love this peacoat! The blue color is a deep royal blue, the styling is classy, slightly fitted with nice detail. The length is perfect to cover the longer tunics in style now, but not too long. I have received many compliments on this coat and will enjoy wearing it many years to come.
Info on Difference Between Regular and Petite Size
I ordered this coat in the Regular Large, and then a few days later while checking up on my order I realized they had it in Petite, so I ordered it in the Petite Large. In the meantime, the Large came and I thought that I would have to return them both -- the collar on the Large looked much bigger and more obtrusive than in the picture, almost comically oversized, with the tips of the collar extending past the shoulder. Fortunately, when the Petite Large came, the collar was more appropriately sized -- still large, but it seemed much more in proportion to the coat. Interestingly, the sleeve length on the Large and the Petite Large were exactly the same (25" from shoulder seam to bottom of sleeve). The Petite Large was two inches shorter in the shoulder (measuring from the center of the tag to the shoulder seam it was 8.5" in the PL and 9.5" in the L), and about an inch or so shorter in length (the PL one is 32" from the *bottom* of the collar to the hem down the middle of the back). Honestly, I thought the length on the Regular Large was fine and I am very short, but kept the Petite for the shoulder width and mostly for the collar size. I am only five feet tall (0 inches), usually a size 12, and have a large (36D) chest. The Petite Large fit very well, with maybe just a bit tighter than I would like in the shoulder, but the shoulders on the regular large stuck out, so this is probably the best fit I will get. The buttons fit fine, which was a bit of a surprise to me; I expected to have to move the buttons over a bit to accommodate my chest. I wish it had a little more waist definition in the back, but you can't have everything. One of my biggest concerns was the color, I find red very hard to buy online, and love a nice dark or garnet red but hate a too-bright or light lipstick red. I saw a lot of comments about the blue color, but none describing the red. Fortunately, this was a really nice, dark red -- just the perfect shade to look very rich. Interestingly, the shade of red was slightly lighter on the regular Large than the PL, another reason to keep the PL. I've seen people talk about this coat being light weight, but to me it is a typical medium weight for a wool coat. I'm not seeing an option right now to attach a pic to the review, but I took one and adjusted the color on my screen so it matched the color in real life, I will try to attach it. Hope this helps someone! As a final note, once I bought this the order confirmation listed it as "PLUS Large" and I had a moment of panic thinking it was Plus size and not Petite, but it truly is Petite.
