STIFF AND SCRATCHY

I am unfortunately returning this item. It is very pretty, but very stiff and scratchy. They lace around the neck and sleeves were hard to deal with especially if you have sensitive skin like me. Wish it were softer because I like the top but can't possibly wear it.
