Totally Misinformed

Totally Misinformed - I specifically asked if this item was returnable, assured by the cashier that it “in deed was” then bought it home. Not liking the fit so loose, I drove 20 minutes back to the store, stood on the return line for another 20 minutes only to be told it was final sale. Needless to say,I will no longer shop at Macy’s.
