Disappointment dress

This dress is pretty but the fit is off. The cinching at the waist falls too low and makes my hips look wider than they are. Needs to be higher. The fabric is ok but looks cheaper than I was hoping. And the dress is not hemmed!

Beautiful Fall Colors and Flattering Fit

WOW! This dress does not disappoint! I am 5'4" and the dress comes to the top of my feet; perfect IMO because I enjoy having a true maxi-dress instead of one that ends at my ankles. The cut can be low or if you are not ample chested, you can cross the neckline a little higher and there is enough fabric to stay modest. I LOVE the way the dress fits more closely at the bust but flows so nicely over my larger belly. The colors are stunning yet muted and perfect for fall; I will probably use this as my "dressy dinner" Thanksgiving dress though I will definitely wear it at other times because it is so pretty. A great feature for me is that the sleeves are unlined, so though the dress is substantial and obviously covers my arms, the lack of lining in the sleeves keeps me cooler which is nice in a long-sleeved piece. I typically wear a size 24 dress; however, the size 22 is a perfect fit in this one. I wear a 44D bra; ladies with a larger chest probably will need to choose their normal size.

I like

I’m 5’7 240 lbs size 16 fits great. My only hiccup is the band made on the dress. It could have been placed a little lower and the finishing by the seems could have been tucked in instead of showing raw edges. The dress fits to my liking
