Not as expected

I ordered this online so there was no way to feel the fabric. The fabric was extremely cheap and the bottom of the dress wasn’t even hemmed. It was just cut with scissors. Definitely NOT something that should be coming from a store like Macy’s. I was very disappointed and returned it.
