Beautiful But Wobbly

Broken Brouche

I ordered on line a brouche from Macy's and it was delivered broken. I returned it to a local Macy's and tried to order a new one, the system said there was 20 available but none of the Macy store employees could help me order a new one. They kept saying they aren't permitted to place orders - what???? Seriously??? I went home and tried to order another one on line but your system showed none available even though the Macy store system showed 20 available. I have been a loyal Macy customer for 45 years and have never been this disappointed in Macy's or its store personnel, ordering system or your on line systems. Why your store personnel could not order the product they showed was available is still disappointing to me. Even after all this disappointment I still want the product, if someone at Macy's can help me. Can Macy's help me?
