Purchased my usual 7.5, upon opening the box the shoe style is as pictured adorable. Sadly too big couldn’t keep them on my feet. Returned and reordered a 7, unfortunately too small had to return.

Macy's needs to allow online exchanges for size!

The problem isn't with the shoes, it is with Macy's system. If the size doesn't fit, you cannot exchange the item. You must return and reorder, often at a higher price. Macy's system of not allowing "online exchanges" is interfering with what would otherwise be a great shopping experience.
