Disappointed Customer

I paid to have my shoes delivered in two days. One pair of shoes came in 8 days and when they were delivered, they were NOT the shoes I ordered. There was no apology and MACY's DID NOT return the additional money I paid for express delivery. I am returning the shoes that I did not order. I was VERY disappointed and will probably not order from MACY's again.
