Was not sent correct coat

I have no idea how this coat is. I wasn’t sent this coat. I was sent a completely different coat. At no point in the process did Macys offer to get me the correct coat or offer an apology. And now I am being asked to review something I never received. Amazing.

I love my little red coat!

This is a beautiful coat! I have gotten tons of complements on it. Nice and soft and warm, and goes great with boots or a dress. It has great structure and is fitted but is still comfortable. Can be dressed up or down, but is always elegant, and the red is a snazzy little extra! Perfect for the Christmas season!
