Worn

I could tell when I opened the shoe box these had been returned which would have been fine if they hadn’t been worn! The soles and toe on one were scuffed. But they fit and I didn’t want to hassle with the return process because it’s terrible! Macy’s wouldn’t give me any credit back, only offered a new one. I don’t live by a store and don’t think I should have to find a box, package it up and drive to a UPS store either in order to return it so I declined. I’m very disappointed in Macy’s customer service, it’s changed not for the best.

Macys Order

I will never order again for in-store pick up. I have yet to receive a current update. I was told they would be in-store by 11/14. Called today the 20th and they still cannot tell me when to expect them. They will not cancel they order. They are holding my money and not delivering the product as promised.
