Very big and very long

I love Ann Klein and I typically buy a size 4 in this brand. I’m 5’6” and weigh 130lbs and with a 36C bust size and size 4 always fits perfect. I also love to wear heels despite not being too short which makes me look like I’m 5’8”..This dress however is waaaaaayyyy too long and almost is a maxi dress hitting the ankles. Also the chest area is so out of place and sits weird and almost falling and the neck is way too low. This dress is way too big and definitely not a typical Ann Klein size dress.. The material is great and it’s a shame they ruined the sized. Also the color isn’t the same vibrant red and blue and more of a dull looking red and purple
