It’s a beautiful blue but it’s not high waisted it’s mid to low rise.

Very long and scratchy

These are not ankle length like the picture. I'm 5'6" and these dragged on the floor. They run a size big overall in the hips as well. Material is too scratchy, feels like paper. They are also a bit sheer. Will be returning.

Perfect fit

They're not as high as you think but they are not mid-rise either. The good thing about it is that the pants legs are long they are not cropped as the photo shows they're more like a trouser which I love.
